Anaconda Montana was established in 1883 but originally the name proposed by Marcus Daly (one of three "Copper Kings" from Butte) was Copperopolis. This name was already in use by another Montana town at the time however and Anaconda was settled upon for the name.
Anaconda has a history this is filled with hard work, tradition, local custom, and creative solutions. These are the same qualities that we strive to deliver in our products.
